Transportation : On leaving the M55 take the 2nd exit off the roundabout onto YEARDON WAY. At the next roundabout go straight on. At the following roundabout turn Left (ALDI store on your left hand side). Once past Aldi turn Left, then at the Traffic Lights turn Left again onto WATERLOO ROAD. At the next set of Traffic Lights go straight on towards the promenade. At the Traffic lights turn Right onto the promenade towards Blackpool Tower. Take the 4th turning on your Right into St Chads Road. (Oceans Hotel on right corner and Regency Flats on left corner of St Chads Rd). The Manor House is the 2nd Hotel on the Left.
